Delivery reminders

Goal: never again find out on the very morning that an order was due today.

How it works​

When an order has an expected delivery date, Kayñiawlu automatically creates reminders as the deadline approaches. Nothing to configure: just fill in the delivery date when creating the order (or edit it later).

Where do reminders show up?​

  • On mobile: today's reminders appear on the dashboard and in the notification center.
  • On the back office: a notification bell signals upcoming deliveries; you can also enable browser notifications to be alerted even when the tab is closed (allow notifications when the browser asks).

Best practices​

  • Always fill in the expected delivery date, even a rough one: better to adjust it later than not to be alerted at all.
  • If an order slips, update the date: reminders will follow.
  • Mark the order Delivered once handed to the customer: its reminders stop.

Sending reminders directly to the end customer (SMS / WhatsApp) is in the works. Today, reminders are for your team.
