Team and sales outlets
Goal: structure your workshop as it grows — several shops, several employees, each with the right scope.
Owner only
Managing the team and sales outlets is reserved to the workshop owner.
Create a sales outlet
A sales outlet represents a shop, a workshop or a stand.
- In the back office, open My workshop → Sales outlets (also available from the mobile profile for the owner).
- Click New sales outlet.
- Fill in the name (e.g. “Almadies Shop”) and the city.
- Save.
The number of sales outlets depends on your subscription plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise.
Add an employee
- In the back office, open Team → New employee.
- Fill in their name, email and an initial password (they can change it later in “My account”).
- Save: they can sign in immediately on mobile and on the web.
Assign an employee to sales outlets
Define for each employee the outlets where they work:
- an employee assigned to the Almadies Shop only sees the orders of that shop;
- customers and measurement sheets remain visible to the whole team, whatever the outlet;
- you can grant an employee access to all sales outlets if their role justifies it (manager, central cutter…).
Assignment is done from the Team page of the back office, on each employee's record.
What an employee cannot do
- Manage the team (add/remove accounts).
- Create or edit sales outlets.
- Manage the workshop subscription.
Deactivate an account
An employee leaves the workshop? Deactivate their account from the Team page: they can no longer sign in, but everything they entered (customers, measurements, orders) stays in your workshop.
