WorkshopYour tailoring business on Kayñiawlu. A workshop groups its sales outlets, team, customers and orders.
Sales outletA physical place of your workshop: shop, production workshop, stand. Every order belongs to a sales outlet.
OwnerThe account that created the workshop. Full rights: team, sales outlets, subscription.
EmployeeAn account created by the owner. Sees all customers, but only the orders of their assigned outlets.
Measurement sheetA customer's set of measurements for a given garment type, taken on a given date. A saved sheet never changes.
Garment typeA measurement sheet template (boubou, suit, taille basse…) defining the fields to measure. Customizable per workshop.
OrderA piece (or set) ordered by a customer: model, amount, deposit, delivery date, status.
ReferenceThe unique order number, generated automatically (e.g. KLM-0237).
DepositThe amount paid by the customer at order time. The remaining balance is computed automatically.
StatusThe stage of an order: pending, in progress, fitting, done, delivered, cancelled.
Delivery reminderThe automatic alert sent to the team as the expected delivery date approaches.
SynchronizationThe automatic upload of your offline entries to the servers once the connection is back.
