Working as an employee

Your account was created by the workshop owner. You sign in with your email and password on the mobile app or on app.kayniawlu.com.

What you see

Data	Your access
Customers	All the workshop's customers — you can create and edit them
Measurement sheets	All of them — you can create them on mobile
Orders	Only those of the sales outlets assigned to you
Team / sales outlets	View only — management is reserved to the owner

Can't see an order?

It probably belongs to a sales outlet not assigned to you. Ask the owner to check your assignment on the Team page.

Your day with the app

1. A customer walks in: look them up in the Customers tab (name or phone). New customer? Create their record in a minute.
2. Taking measurements: create a measurement sheet by picking the garment type — the fields adapt.
3. New order: create the order with the model, amount, deposit and delivery date.
4. Progress: update the status as production moves along (in progress → fitting → done → delivered).
5. Today's deliveries: check the reminders on the dashboard every morning.

Your account

From the Profile tab on mobile (or My account on the web), you can change your name, phone number and password.
